Our wedding colors are dark green and gold. You're welcome to incorporate them if you'd like — but it's absolutely not required!

We're going for semi-formal to cocktail attire.

For guidance:

• Cocktail to full-length dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or elevated separates
• Dress shirts with slacks, suits, or sport coats
• Ties and sport coats are optional

Wear what makes you feel comfortable and confident — we're just excited to celebrate with you.

Parking at the Tea Room is limited, so we kindly encourage guests to carpool if possible.

There is a small lot next to the Tea Room itself. If that lot fills up, overflow parking is available down the road at the TVA Norris Dam Visitor Center, about a ½ mile walk from the venue. Please allow a few extra minutes to arrive comfortably.

We'll have signage to help guide you.

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives everyone a fun evening to relax and celebrate with us. Thank you for understanding.

Cabins are available for rent at Norris Dam State Park, where our venue is located — a great option if you'd like to stay nearby and enjoy the scenery.

The closest hotels are located off I-75 at Exit 122.

Downtown Knoxville is about 30 minutes from the venue and offers a wider variety of hotels, restaurants, and things to explore if you'd like to make a weekend of it.

Whether you're here for the weekend or just passing through, there's plenty to enjoy nearby.

• Norris Dam State Park offers beautiful lake views, peaceful trails, and scenic overlooks — perfect for a morning walk or relaxed afternoon.
• The TVA Norris Dam Visitor Center is just down the road and offers scenic river views and a bit of local history.
• Downtown Knoxville (about 30 minutes away) is full of great restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and boutiques.

Our Favorites

• Date night: Not Watson's or The Oliver Royale for a fancier option (we recommend reservations at The Oliver Royale).
• Cocktail bar: The Peter Kern Library for elevated speakeasy vibes, or Lilou for the best Espresso Martini in town.
• Lunch (a little off the beaten path): Foothills Milling Café in Maryville — our favorite spot for a quick but tasty bite.
• Coffee & sweet treats: Awaken Coffee or Tesoro Gelato in the Old City near downtown Knoxville.
